King King Tsang holds regular yoga classes in the tennis pavilion at Cheam Fields Club.
Yoga provides the perfect antidote for our busy lives. It is entirely complementary if you play any sport regularly and need your body to be mobile through all of your joints. Plus it is a fantastic way to find a special space for some peace and relaxation.
Sessions are held in the tennis pavilion on a Monday (2.45pm - 3.45pm). Open to Members and non-Members.
King King is a highly experienced teacher of yoga. She started her training with hours of practice in Karuna Yoga and Sivananda Yoga, and then went on to study other styles of yoga, including Ashthanga, Vinyasa Flow and therapeutic yoga. She is an Ana Forrest Advanced Teacher and Advanced Restorative Yoga trainer. King King holds a Senior Teacher award, the highest certification awarded by the Yoga Alliance UK.
King King's teaching style is based on her various style of training together with her dedicated personal practice, a continuous on-going learning and exploring in all aspect of yoga. Her classes are precise and well sequenced and she teaches with patience, care and compassion.
