Club Policies & Rules

Safeguarding & Protection
Our rules, codes, and policies (regulations) are in place to promote the welfare and wellbeing of all members, protect those using the club's facilities – especially children and vulnerable adults – and provide the club’s legal framework. All members are expected to comply with these regulations.
Cheam Fields Club takes its safeguarding responsibilities seriously. We are committed to providing a positive and secure environment through comprehensive safeguarding policies and procedures.
The club's welfare/and safeguarding team officers are Pam Tarrier and Christine Girdler. Pam is the lead officer for members of the tennis section, and Christine is the lead officer for members of the bowls section.
