Great news! All members of Cheam Fields Club’s sports sections –tennis, bowls and pickleball – have access to a well-equipped clubhouse with a licensed bar, in-house catering, and a full calendar of social events and activities.

Enjoy Great Nights Out
Cheam Fields Club’s Social Committee organises high-profile events throughout the year, including popular quiz and live music nights, and special celebrations.
Popular weekly events include a Wednesday Supper Night and Friday Games, featuring board games such as Sequence, Rummikub and cribbage – perfect for a fun night with friends and family. We also organise a monthly Thursday evening Book Club.
The clubhouse and bar open regularly for major sporting events, which are shown on the clubhouse TV.
During the winter (October to April), friendly Short Mat bowls league matches are held indoors on Monday evenings. Cheam Fields is a member of the Bowlers' Darts League, and practice nights are held every Tuesday from 7 pm. Supporters, family and friends are always welcome.
Relax in our Clubhouse and Bar
Cheam Fields Club's main clubhouse is well-equipped and opens daily. Our in-house Club Café and catering services, managed by resident chef John Horwell, hold a 5-star rating from the Food Standards Agency.
The licensed bar, run by volunteers, serves members during tennis and bowls matches, social events, and special occasions, with bar and food prices offering excellent value.
Facilities include changing rooms and showers. There is also a TV, dartboard, and board games, to keep everyone amused.
The clubhouse is available for hire and makes a great party venue.
