Juniors & Young Adults

The Cheam Fields Tennis section has developed a motivational coaching programme for junior players. We have also created membership packages for Juniors, Young Adults, and parents to increase playing opportunities for junior players and their families.

Junior group coaching at Cheam Fields Club takes place on Saturdays from 9 am to 2 pm, and is free for junior members. The programme provides enjoyable, challenging, progressive, and competitive hourly sessions to meet the needs of children of all ages and skill levels.

Sessions are organised by age and ability, ranging from reception class age up to 18 years. They are led by award-winning Head Coach Mark Love of MDL Coaching and his LTA-accredited team.

Junior coaching sessions must be booked online via the MDL Coaching app, available on Google Play and the App Store. Additional sessions with the MDL coaching team are also available.

If you’d like further information, please contact us for further help and guidance.

Competitive Playing Opportunities

Cheam Fields’ junior players compete in the Surrey National League Junior Team Trophy during the winter and the Surrey National League in the summer. League tennis is a great way for young players to develop their skills and gain competitive experience.

Congratulations to all who represented Cheam Fields Club in the last season.
