About Us

Cheam Fields Club is a successful sports club with thriving Tennis and Bowls sections, and a full calendar of social events. Cheam Fields Club is located just outside Cheam Village, in a quiet, residential area. In 2024, we celebrated our 110th anniversary.

We work closely with the local community and are a friendly, family-oriented club, with members of all ages across generations.

There’s something for everyone at Cheam Fields Club, whether you want to play a new sport, compete at a higher level, meet new friends, or have fun.

Play Tennis

We have six all-weather artificial grass and clay courts – three of which are floodlit – and offer a year-round programme of social playing sessions, men's, ladies', mixed, vets and junior team tennis, fun tournaments, and professional coaching.

Play Bowls

From brand new bowlers to seasoned professionals, everyone is welcome at Cheam Fields Bowls. There are lots of opportunities to play in league teams, or compete at higher levels. Weekly social roll-ups enable members to play regularly and meet new friends.

Get Social

Enjoy a full calendar of fun events, including quiz nights, live music nights and special celebrations. Our clubhouse and bar open regularly for social get-togethers that include club suppers, games nights, darts and short-mat bowls league matches.
