Safeguarding & Protection Policy & Procedures

Cheam FIelds Club is committed to employing at all times Policies & Procedures to safeguard those who use the Club's facilities, particularly children and vulnerable adults.
Our Policies & Procedures are the standards set by the Lawn Tennis Association with whom we are accredited members.
Health & Safety inspections are carried out at regular intervals, and every day for the tennis courts and pavilion.
In addition, we undertake an Annual Report for the Club's insurers to ensure continued coverage for Employers and Public Liability insurances.
There are a number of Policies & Procedures in place to cover a variety of issues, including our Code of Practice (below). This document can be viewed in both the clubhouse and pavilion.
Our procedures are checked frequently to ensure that they are up-to-date and relevant.
