The Cheam Fields Club Tennis section has developed a motivational coaching programme for Juniors and Young Adults.

Group coaching runs on a Saturday from 9 am-2 pm and is FREE for Junior Members. The hourly sessions are lively and lots of fun. They are split according to age and ability - from Reception class starting age through to young adults. These sessions are run by award-winning Head Coach Mark Love of MDL Coaching.

Additional coaching sessions held by LTA-accredited coaches at Cheam Fields Club can also be booked with MDL Coaching.

Cheam Fields Club's extended Membership packages are designed to increase playing opportunities for junior players and their families. There is a lower-cost Junior Membership (restricted) for those children who can't make the Saturday morning sessions and an Adult Parent (restricted) membership, so parents can book courts to play tennis with their children.

 

Young Adults Tennis

Cheam Fields Club boasts a thriving Young Adult group (aged 18 to 28 years), many of whom have come through the Club as Junior players. Young Adult group social sessions take place Tuesdays from 7 pm to 9 pm. Contact Lauren Waller for further information.

Team Tennis Successes - Latest Results

Cheam Fields' Junior and Young Adult teams compete in the Surrey National League Junior Team Trophy in the winter and the Surrey National League in the summer, allowing players of all ages to gain valuable competition experience.
