Yoga classes
King King holds regular yoga classes in the tennis pavilion at Cheam Fields Club:
Monday - 2.45 pm to 3.45 pm
Monthly Sunday Restorative Yoga Workshop - 6.30 pm to 8.15 pm
Classes are open to members and non-members.
Yoga provides the perfect antidote for modern, busy lives. It is a life skill for body and mind.
With regular practice, yoga promotes better physical health, strength, stability, flexibility and balance and enhances performance in all sports and activities. Mentally, this trains the mind to be more focused, present and mindful. Conscious, controlled breathing improves all body systems and brings calm, ease, peace and wellness.
King King has taught yoga since 2006 and holds a Senior Yoga Teacher Award with Yoga Alliance UK. Her teaching style draws from various teacher training schools: Karuna Yoga, Sivananda Yoga, Vinyasa Flow Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Forrest Yoga, Yin Yoga, and Restorative Yoga.
King King is an advanced Restorative Yoga trainer who continues to explore yoga through dedicated regular practice and ongoing learning.
Classes are precise and well-sequenced and taught with care, patience, understanding and compassion.
