Clubhouse and bar to reopen on 8th July for Wednesday social evenings
In line with Government guidance, the clubhouse and bar will reopen again for Wednesday social evenings starting from 8th July (from 6.30pm to 10.30pm). Please note the social distancing guidance, as required by the Club, is 2 metres and not 1 plus metres. Everyone is kindly asked to please observe this rule.
The bar will be open and food can be pre-ordered, so here's a list of everything you need to know:
- Antibac hand gel is provided for use in the clubhouse and a 2 metre social distancing rule applies.
- Initially only members of the Bar Committee will be working behind the bar. Other bar volunteers will be retrained in the future.
- Please note, for contract tracing purposes, the Club needs to record the names of everyone using the bar. These details need to be retained for 21 days.
- Only one person at a time can order drinks from the bar. Please follow the separate entrance and exit through the bi-fold doors and use the marked one-way system around the veranda.
- Please pay by card, not cash.
- Food will be served from 6.30pm to 9.30pm. You must pre-order by providing your name, order details, the number of people in your group, and the time you want to eat. Please contact John Horwell
- If the weather allows, please use the tables outside.
