COVID-19 - LATEST NEWS

THE Club is closely following latest Government advice with regards to the coronovirus pandemic and will be implementing changes and updating requirements as this rapidly moving situation evolves. There has been a significant impact on Club activities, as follows:
Clubhouse and pavilion
It will no longer be possible to purchase food or any drinks from the clubhouse, including teas/coffees. The bar has been closed. If you do need to enter the clubhouse to use the facilities, please ensure you follow Government advice regarding hygiene and safe distancing.
Bridge
Bridge sessions have stopped until further notice.
Bowls
Bowls England has suspended all competitions until the end of June. The Club will be carrying out maintenance on the green to ensure it remains playable.
Tennis
All league matches have now been suspended following further advice from the LTA. Social tennis will continue but Members MUST strictly follow Government guidance on self-isolating and social distancing. At present the Government is advising that it is important for people to remain active. The LTA provides lots of useful advice and information for tennis players so please take a read through the advice given.
SOCIAL
Social events are currently suspended.
