New tennis courts - out with the old!

EXCITING news! Cheam Fields' significant infrastructure project to replace tennis courts 1, 2 and 3 with three lovely new Tiger Turf astro courts began on time, on 7th November.
Work is being carried out by specialist contractors Trevor May. The estimate is for a four-week programme to complete the works. However significant bad weather, or unexpected delays, could mean that the courts are closed for up to six weeks. Members should please allow for this and forward plan when booking courts or match courts.
While work is being carried out, the tennis pavilion and surrounding area is strictly out of bounds. Courts 4, 5 and 6 can be accessed via the gates on Devon Road. And all usual facilities are still available in the main clubhouse.
